An invigorating and fruity truffle, the Chocolate by Ayo™ PEA-CHEE is our scientific (yes you read this correctly) combination of freshly made peach puree and lychee puree with a touch of cinnamon.

Organic almonds roasted and tossed in a paprika, cumin, agave nectar, sea salt, and cayenne mix, and ground into our base ganache for a full-body truffle.

A mixture of orange zest, freshly squeezed oranges, agave, and chunky marmalade heated to a thick paste – becoming the filling for this zesty truffle.

A healthy dose of herbal infused earl red tea is introduced into the ganache mix for a caffeine-free and hydrating jolt any time of day.

FALL FLAVORS

Inspired by Ayo’s childhood memories of climbing guava trees to score those out of reach succulent fruits (and his re-introduction to the fruit in paste form in East Harlem in 2010), this fruity truffle is made with a fresh guava puree mixed in with our dark chocolate ganache.

What does a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla extract, fresh pecans and chocolate produce? Why silly – Perfection of course!!!

Nothing says fall like pumpkin pie! And so we mix into our dark ganache some homemade pumpkin pie. Just be careful, you might feel the urge to garnish this truffle with some whipped cream – it’s ok if you do!

Our most simple creation – a straightforward dark chocolate ganache rolled in cocoa powder. Do not however underestimate this truffle - it packs a punch as it has very subtle hints of cardamom, ginger, cloves and a touch of sea salt with any one of these ingredients ready to play the lead role on any given day!
